Completely unable to function as a normal human being. You are so out of it and dysfunctional that you cant even form proper sentences and you act like an absolute freako.

Yo Danny was so Krummed out this morning he was throwing up the whole car ride home saying "Yodi yodi yoy"

I probably wouldn't be so Krummed out today if I didn't kill a gram of blow, a half bottle of tequila and ordered Wendy's at 3am.
