an item that's pretty much only useful to be able to buy cigarettes and alcohol.

I go to the store. I go to the cashier and say, let me get two Newports. The cashier says you have "ID". I say the excuse i left it at home. The cashier automatically wont sell it to me all because of the stupid smoking and drinking age laws.

Quite possibly the most boring, aimless, pointless individual ever to be elected leader of any British political party. His becoming leader of the Conservatives led to there being, for the first time in history, no waxwork made of the official leader of the opposition. Apparently they agreed he was a total non-entity and couldn't be bothered to make a waxwork of him. I read somewhere a cardboard cut-out of IDS was made. It probably had more charisma than he did.

IDS - living proof the Tories are never going to be elected into power again ever.

Street. Coming up street, or on the low. The type of lifestyle where you don’t go out of your way to put your identity out there, be it to store clerks or bouncers.
Somewhat of an ‘old-school tradition. Usually a trend starting in the late teens, lasting til early 30’s.

Coming up street, ‘No ID’ type shit.

Person 1: “How you live like that, on the low??”
Person 2: Came up No ID style, I always know how to accomplish things”
