Huntington Station

Unlike the other poster who includes SOUTH HUNTINGTON in his description of Huntington Station ghetto, i as a resident know that HUNTINGTON STATION IS THE GHETTO HOODRAT area. South huntington is nowhere near what the station is and is comprised of mostly white upper middle class to upper class people. And yes, most of us go to St.Anthony's or prep school to avoid that filth of a school whitman...
Clueless Dix hills resident-Hey your from south huntington right? Heard thats MAD ghetto like Huntington Station! South Huntington Resident-Yes, im so ghetto i go to private school and play hockey...

Huntington High

A sad excuse for a center of learning, located in the fakest part of West Virginia: Huntington, where everyone tries their hardest to be something they're not. The Highlanders (nice mascot) are also known for getting their ass kicked in football, year after year, by the "rednecks" as they call them, at Cabell Midland. Another thing they lack is intelligence, as they continue to show Cabell Midland's superiority when it comes to test scores.
1. If only those Huntington High kids had ever met an actual rapper... they may do a better job of acting like one.

2. "Would you care to join me at the Cabell Midland- Huntington High football game? No thanks, if I want to see a football team like Huntington, I can watch "Dancing with the Stars"."

The Huntington Beach Surfers

bunch of surfers that are very territorial and spend most of our nights blitzed out of our skulls or trashed. usually hate tourists because they bring a bunch of douchebags that want to boogy board and clog up the water or bring these stuck up punks that think they can come here for a week or so and catch teh best waves out of all where the regulars dotn pull snake moves on every wave and cut pple off. all in all huntington beach surfers are just straight up cool people

Huntington Lake

Huntington Lake was named for Henry Edwards Huntington, the Southern California entrepreneur who financed the earliest work at the Big Creek-San Joaquin Hydroelectric Project. The lake was the first reservoir built in the project, which delivered electricity to southern California, some 240 miles away.
The surrounding area today known as Huntington Lake was simply called "Basin", the name taken from Basin Creek, originally a grain and cattle raising area, at the bottom of today's lake. A post office was established there in 1913, with the community of Huntington Lake being established in 1916, after it was named for Henry Huntington. Two other resort communities were created; Cedar Crest in 1923 and Lakeshore in 1924.
Huntington Lake lies approximately 70 miles northeast of Fresno in the Sierra Nevada Mountains at 6,950 feet. Notable landmarks around Huntington Lake include Tamarack Ridge to the southeast at 7,582 feet, Kaiser Peak to the north at 10,320 feet; Black Point to the west; Red Mountain to the southeast; and Bear Butte to the east.
