best friken sport out there and to u it might not be cuz ur a woose and think that it will hurt well IT DOESNT im a girl mmmmmkay i get hit,smacked,slapped,pinched,pushed etc. at skool all the time i dont think hockey is a painful sport its fun.

Team Canada wins the gold against Team USA with 12 minutes & 20 seconds left in overtime (thanks to the MIRACLE goal scored by Crosby) on Februrary 28th at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics. Thus Canada has earned 14 gold medals in total (breaking a former record held by the former Soviet Union for 13 gold medals at the 1976 Innsbruck Olympics).

A world-leading sport, stronger than basketball, baseball and American football. American's are just overly conceited to realize this and still thinks the world revolves around them (oops, China owns your ass now!). That is why hockey is played all over Europe and is actually in the Olympics, unlike basketball, baseball and American football. I rest my case.

The Best Sport on earth. Where else do full grown men battle on a sheet of ice with knives strapped to their feet, beating one another with Sticks, fights breaking out left and right, and hurling 3" of vulcanized rubber 100mph at a 6' by 4' net.... And people say football is rough.

Hockey is more than just a sport it is a way of life. Inspiring young men to let their flow grow and teaching them to role with the punches and don't be a b*tch. Unlike other athletes, hockey players will go into battle missing teeth and stitches beautifying their face.

Guy1: Did you see the Hockey game last night?

Guy2: Yea the Caps better take home the cup this year! Did you see Orlov take that beating and go right back into the game?

Guy1: Of course, but you know what they say. Soccer players pretend they're hurt, Hockey Players pretend they aren't.

Guy2: Damn right!
