From Hedonist (one who lives to seek pleasure and avoid pain) & Masochist (one who derives pleasure from inflicting pain upon oneself)

Heathen hedonism

The pursuit of pleasure as a matter of ethical principle, in an extremely heathenistic way, or ignoring responsibility and focusing entirely on appeasing one's gods.

ie: the act of being a heathen hedon

Example:
Joe: Matt's been slaughtering goats all afternoon.

Will: I know, that guy just doesn't accept the responsibilities of life. Its all about his gods with him.

Joe: Talk about heathen hedonism.

a person who is a pedophile, and is convicted but gets away with it.

A Teacher touches students, is taken to court but is acquitted and then returns to work. Students in class say 'watch out for the hedophile' to warn others.
