When words in the English language are used ‘oddly’ often in weird orders or confusing concoctions that make little to no sense whatsoever, but are found extremely funny by internet users. ‘Engrish’ is most often found on miss translations of things, particularly signs.
“I went out to the store, and the bathroom sign outside the urinal said: Man urinal cave”
“My pancake package came with a sticker saying: Stay hungry, stay foolish (inspired by u/revidyks on Reddit)
“The sign on the freeway near the basically parking said: Please, O not forget to lock you bycic (-u/OOF_the_demopan on Reddit)

Hilariously bad overliteral translations from Japanese to English.
Examples:
“All your base are belong to us.” (Your bases are all under our control.)
“Ant death.” (Pest killer.)
“Watch out flying rock.” (Beware of falling rocks.)
