What one or both members of da unfortunate couple at a shotgun wedding would likely wish could be granted regarding da terms of da marriage agreement.

I never could understand da rationale behind a loose-with-his-zipper dude's being forced to marry da gal whom he'd gotten preggo but was otherwise unwilling to stand by --- presumably da girl's parents would not even want a "deadbeat dad" like him as a reputation-sullying member of their formerly-respectable family, anyway. Maybe "'way back when" during da time when shotgun weddings were more common, there were not da legal "ALTERation" possibilities yet dat would merely require da dude to pay child-support, not actually live in da same household as da new mother.

A faltercation is a mistake that you make. To falter is to hesitate in purpose or action. A faltercation is an example of the act of faltering.

I made a faltercation when I cursed at my mother because she is unreasonable, but the result of this is not what I intended to happen.

Alternating lag

Rare but really annoying form of lag, it gives you anywhere from 0.5 to 1.5 seconds of freeze, and then flips to 0.5 to 1.5 seconds of decent FPS.

So, I have half a second to run away from these blazes, before it freezes me for 1.5 seconds, to so I DON'T experience to full fun of running away from blazes... FUCK YOU TO HELL, Alternating lag!

haltercation

A noisy dust-up over either: (1) what type of leather/cloth-straps apparatus should be used on a horse's head, or (2) da type/style of upper-body garment dat a chick chooses to wear in public.

Some teenage-girl horse-lovers like to ride around town without anything on their horse's face (they care so much for their horse's comfort that they don't want him to endure any possibly-chafing straps) and without much of anything on THEMSELVES, either --- i.e., they like to wear very brief/revealing clothing --- and so there are always lots of haltercations with their conservative-minded parents dat flare up whenever said chicks are preparing to head out for a clip-clop.

A loud to-do over whether and/or how much powdered sodium-chloride is added to someone's food, and/or whether da person chooses menu-items dat contain this tasty-but-unhealthy-in-excess seasoning.

Anytime you have one or more health-food hippies at a dinner-table along with a number of just-ye-typical-diet-consuming folks, there's always a decided risk of saltercations.
