Originaly from the movie/show "Inspecter gadget", it would be Inspecter Gadget's word when he would solve a clue or something very hard. Just like jinkies from scooby doo. This word can have two meanings, one for surprise
or shock and the other as a sexual slang word for sperm.

This word is rarely used in any case. Its mostly made fun of or to crack jokes with.

Wowsers!
Wowsers! I'd never guess that.
Wowsers your really stupid.

Damn! I wowsered on my keyboard.

A wowsa is someone who likes to kill fun. A wowsa can take many forms, such as that cop who shuts down everyones parties, that neighbour who makes you turn your music down, or the Queensland Government(in Australia). If someones a wowsa, ignore them or flush their head down the tiolet for me.
