Only used appropriately as a one-word statement.

Correct:
Guy 1: "Haha, wow, this picture is wicked sweet."
Guy 2: "Tot."

Incorrect:
Guy 1: "Haha, wow, this picture is wicked sweet."
Guy 2: "Yeah, it tot is."
