tenipuri

A common abbreviation for the anime Tennis no Ojisama (or, in english, Prince of Tennis) Teni derives from "tennis" and puri derives from "prince". Used among fangirls/guys for a short and sweet way to say it.
Sometimes also called PoT, another common acronym used.
Note: Often, the T and the P are capitalized.

"Awww, tenipuri plushies! I have -got- to have one!"

The best sport ever! Where you hit a ball over a net and try to beat your opponent. There are many different strokes. For example, groundstrokes, vollies, overheads, serves, approach shots, etc. Grab a tennis racket, a tennis court, and a few tennis balls and you're ready to play tennis!

Reddit Tennis

To deliberately keep someone posting comments on a website, but only after they've made it clear that talking to you isn't something they had planned. Once a set number of comments is reached, the comment REDDIT TENNIS is posted to end the rally.

This isn't limited to reddit, it can be seen on any forum where comments are nested instead of displayed in order of posting.
