Late 70's, 80's band, eastern PA. Advent-garde original music. Art band with some punk directions. Active in varying degrees for about 10 years. Band name taken from skateboarding term for head injury.

They didn't know what to do when at the Post last night when skull bongo started dragging the chains across the stage.
