A pun on "shit" and "kitchen", which can refer to a kitchen where diapers are disposed of, usually in smaller dwellings where the household's main waste bin is located in the kitchen.

Man, after all those dirty diapers it's time to take the trash out. Hard to cook dinner when it smells like a shitchen.
