Ashton Shoffner is someone who sticks out in a crowd of people. Pure perfection. Typically used in the 1950's and 60's referring to a type of dance usually used in songs of that time period. Now, however, a perfect band called the Arctic Monkeys also use the phrase "shoo-wop" in their music and it is literally an orgasim for your ears.
