National pretty girl day is a day when you celebrate the most pretty, gorgeous, stunning girl. You can not celebrate if only her face is pretty, but her heart too. If she is pretty inside and outside take August 2nd to celebrate and take her out.

Cognitive distortions are irrational thoughts that can influence one's feelings and behaviors. A belief that not being the prettiest girl by social comparison usually by definition of an ideal beauty standard, could lead to physical danger may be an example of "catastrophizing," where an individual unconsciously predicts that the worst possible outcome is likely to occur.
