It is a slang used generally in the southern parts of India which literally means 'Your mum' but it is used to insult someone. It can be an alternate for 'Son of a bitch' and 'Motherfucker'.
Friend: You suck man. Why did you break up with her?
Me: Nee amma, don't try acting smart with me. I knew you guys were going out behind my back. Asshole.
