Man 4: You should have gotten it from the context.
Man 2: Yeah.

When someone's clothes look very nice; the person looks handsome/pretty/beautiful; a person is well-dressed; its a compliment

Applies to men and women when wearing semi-formal clothing i.e. collared shirt, tie, dress pants and shoes for guys or heels, skirt, and blouse for girls

*A girl is walking buy wearing nice shoes, a black skirt, and a blouse, possibly for a formal event*
Boy:Hey, you're lookin spiffy!
Girl: Thanks!
