Latcher

A Latcher is someone who "latches" onto you and forms an unhealthy attachment towards you OR sucks you dry physically and emotionally. They then proceed to move on , meanwhile you're left mentally exhausted.

"Gurrrl..JUSTIN was *such* a latcher!! Dodged a bullet on that one!"

"Quit bitching about your problems to me. I got my own to deal with. Quit being a latcher!"

border leechers

border leechers are people who leech off a bigger city or other state that is nearby them. they also tend to be from other states.

perfect example would be how hudson wisconsin leeches off the twin cities metro area in minnesota. they are not minnesotans they are border leechers.
