Leafy is an adjective describing something pleasant. It is used as a positive affirmation for accomplishments and achievements.

A woman wears a popular brand of clothing, and someone comes up to her and says, "That shirt is so leafy!"
A man sells shirts, he sold 40 shirts on Wednesday, he tells his friend this and his friend responds, "That's so leafy, man"

Leafy Sea Dragon 

The weirdest looking animal out there. For the love of God it is a dragon with LEAVES on it! Hence, it's extremely self explanitory name. Fun Fact: It can move one eye without moving the other! Gross!

The term “leafy clone” is a slur used against commentary Youtubers.

It originated in the year 2016. When a popular YouTuber known as “leafy is here“ blew up. The term was used against many people who made that style of content.
