Which states all terms apply with the intent expressed by the author (Me) and THERE ARE NO LOOPHOLES. Like the 9th amendment of the US constitution (the innumerated rights) just because something is or is not stated explicitly in the terms of service, that does not mean it is not a part of the part of the terms of service.

If uncertain, please refer to said person’s vocabulary, their mental health history, and the specific situation before responding accordingly. If you’re still unsure, it’s best to ask the person how they meant it and try to be supportive because it can be risky to accidentally brush it off as sarcastic when it isn’t.
