how to know if you or somebody you know is a foodholistic:if one is always hungry, always wants to eat something, acts weirdly around food..ect. a person who is an foodholistic are usually angry when cannot eat something.
find immediate help if you or somebody you know has these traits. it can take even years to recover from this illness.
