An acronym used to express 1) the painful reminiscence about all that has come to pass throughout the course of one's pathetic lifetime, 2) No hope for the a brighter tomorrow 3) Utter defeat & surrender in the face of life's brutal, never-ending onslaught of problems. All in all, if someone reaches this stage in life, then they're better off having their whole family tree eradicated.

FMPB, better know by the full medical term "Fantasy Manager Psychotic Breakdown", is a term used to describe increasingly paranoid behavior, player lurking, and other indications of mental health fatigue when managing a failing Fantasy Football team. The term derives its medical origins at Einstein University, located in the Bronx of New York City.
