Slang for a totally stupid person. The worst person you can ever meet. Never use this on your friends, and never joke about it. Calling someone dentare can completely kill their reputation, so only use it on people you really hate,

Person 1: Omg, is John picking his nose?
Person 2: Ewww, yes!
Person 1: He is sooo dentare!
