Used to refer to Clear Channel corporation in a negative light, due to their standard business practice of firing DJ's for no real reason other than to save some bucks, and voicetracking stations so that one DJ is aired in hundreds of cities, sounding like he is on locally in each one, thus saving Cheap Channel millions in salaries and ruining radio nationwise.

Get the Cancelled mug.In the California, San Francisco, and San Jose Bay Area, this was a great alternative rock radio station. It always played music. No talk; just music, and the DJ's were amazing.
Now, however, it is gone, and has since been replaced by "la romantica," a Spanish station featuring romantic songs in Spanish.

Ok.....so they want us to be secret pop stars, who sing songs about how its ok to make mistakes. sure. thats a load of crap. They also want us to have names that rhyme with states. i.e. Hannah Montana (also can be mis-spelled "bitch", it's a common mistake)
