Ceaser's Fire brigade

1) When the government or government officals destroys your property or assets and you have to pay for any damages, repairs, legal costs and any further government taxes to do with said property or assets.

2) Where the government legally aquires your property without permission and destroys it in order to make way for a highway or another government owned structure.

This word was made famous when Marcus Licinius Crassus who came from a wealthy roman family created the first fire brigade in Rome and would have hundreds of men on hand to help put out the flames. Unfortunatly the firemen refused to help without gaining at least a third of the price of the property, these deals were usually made whilst the property was burning.

Augustus Ceaser adopted this Idea and built his own fire brigade where he would burn down other peoples properties and then claim them as damaged goods which could be legally aquired by Augustus Ceaser.

Government: Excuse me sir we have aquired your home to make way for a highway with tolls

Cetosirenians

A group of mammals that includes cetaceans and sirenians. They live a fully aquatic life in oceans and shallow waters.

How are cetosirenians ungulates? Do they have hooves: no. Do they walk on land: no. Do they have fur on their bodies: no. This is one of those eternal questions we shall never know the answer to! ;)

It never ceases to fuckin' amaze me!

An American saying of complete disgust and anger toward a particularly dumbass situation, often accompanied by throwing of hands in the air and/or a wagging of the head side to side.

Johnny Shatt had a particularly quiet night eating cheesy nachos, a large fry, and a chocolate shake with his close friends from art college. His friends thought the night rather uneventful, quiet and uncharacteristically tranquil. Until...Johnny S. thought he could squeeze off a little pressure from inside his baggy white, PGA khaki shorts. Suddenly, the silence was interrupted by a strange pop, pop, pop and one hell of raw sewage shhhhhtink! The only reply by his immediate neighbor, Jacky Sniff with hands held toward the heavens cried woefully: "It never ceases to fuckin' amaze me!" With that, the lads left Johnny at the table, stewing in his now wet (but warm) shhhhtinky-ass shorts in all small town outside Losssss Angeleeeeezzz.
