The act of being paralyzed by the inability to think instinctively and decide instantly when faced with a choice; inability to make a decision in a reasonable time for the inconsequential / non-weighty matters.

You are afflicted with cerbralitis if you have to constantly wrestle with making simple decisions and you have infected others with this inability to decide because they have been hanging around you too long. All infected are subject to being cerebralyzed and missing out.
