National Horny Day 2: Electric Boogaloo is a national holiday that takes places on May 21st. This holiday came about after people got bored and too horny from only have one National Horny Day. Currently, governments from across the world are discussing if there should be a National Horny Day every month.
On National Horny Day 2, you do the same stuff as you do on a regular National Horny Day (send lewd pictures, do lewd things etc). The only difference is the name and date.
