A subscriber of the America Online service, who's world revolves around email and chatting and cannot function on a day to day basis without large, sloppy, cartoony icons to tell them what to do to while operating their PC; nor are they considered computer literate; nor are they able to use the web either efficiently or in general, who type poorly with little to no correct grammar or punctuation whilst overusing internet abbreviations to convey messages as quickly and as lazily as possible, rendering their electronic conversations illegible and otherwise nonsensical to an embarrassing degree.

2. A person in which case the closest thing they've ever seen to a mouse is a bar of soap, and have no idea what they're doing online, in front of a computer, or in general, who are usually overly ignorant to technology as a whole, who are considered by the general population as complete idiots who are unfit to operate a computer.

A human between 10 and 20

Adolescence is a age to refer to a person starting adolescence starting at 10 and ending it at 21.
This is the average age of puberty.
Where kids are interacting with peers, getting embarrassed of moms and dads, confused about self identity, curiosity about sex, experimenting with alcohol, doing dumb things etc
But not all pubescent children are adolescents all Adolescents are pubescent children.

Friend : what did your adolescent boy do now?
Mom : he tried to climb out of 100 feet building and jump 🤬.

re-adolescent

A person in their 20's or 30's (or beyond) who appreciates and enjoys what are perceived as childish or immature pursuits.

Do you watch cartoons more than the news? Wear sneakers more than shoes? Buy kid's meals to get the toys for yourself? And are you of legal drinking age? If so, you are a re-adolescent.

Under appreciated Fullerton, CA skate punk band/supergroup. Their self titled is one of the best punk rock debuts ever released, but, unfortunately, they're largely glossed over in the modern rock vernacular for bands like the Dead Kennedys or Black Flag, both of whom enjoyed a larger measure of crossover success.

The Adolescents: for when the phrase "Orange County punk rock" didn't conjure up images of assholes in Hurley gear with cocked trucker hats.
