Adjective.

1. Something that is unnecessarily complicated or an undue hassle that results in people having to do extra work because someone is an asshole.

2. Something that is deliberately perverse and against the established ways of society to be irritating and provoke a reaction.

3. Inadequate manliness.

"Nah, I can't come to the party, boss is making us strip down the dish washer again because we missed wiping off one bracket; it's fucking 80's gay."

"Don't ask Steven to come help move for pizza and beer again; he just prances around and tries to supervise since he's so 80's gay he can't lift like a man."
