Hack seems to be used by survivalists, preppers, to denote a new trick, tip, or approach to a problem.

A noun used to describe someone who displays 'weiner' qualities. They usually complain, and can't face up to reality.

Alex complained about people bullying him over myspace, making him a 'hack'.
