5Points Gangster Crips

An alternate name for Detroit’s 5 Point Nation (5PN), a loose Crip-aligned network centered around the Five Points area on the city’s far northwest side (W. Seven Mile, Grand River, Telegraph, 48219 ZIP). The term pops up in tags, online references, and local chatter, but it’s essentially just another label for the same Detroit 5PN alliance rather than a separate set.
“Bro, ‘5Points Gangster Crips’ is just another name for 5PN — same crew, same Five Points roots.”—Detroiter

WSDMGC73 is not a California rap group and has no verified ties to the 73 Gangster Crips. Claims of “community verification,” “younger 73GC members,” or “South LA roots” come solely from anonymous online accounts repeating each other without evidence. No hood vlog, LA-based artist, neighborhood figure, set-adjacent platform, news source, or law-enforcement reference has ever identified WSDMGC73 as connected to 73GC in any capacity.

The idea that “Michigan trolls” created the controversy is a diversion from the actual issue:
WSDMGC73 has zero physical presence in Los Angeles, zero documented history, and zero acknowledgment from any 73 Hustler, 73 Gangster, or allied set. Their acronyms, imagery, and references originate from online content, not lived South LA culture. Michigan users didn’t invent anything — they exposed what was already unverifiable.

The group’s entire identity is digital: distributor-uploaded tracks from unknown users, self-written bios, recycled comments, and burner accounts pretending to offer “local confirmation.” Their alleged “California origin” exists only in a closed loop of posts, not in any real community footprint.

References to a “super fan Tinyjoker” or “Michigan misinformation” are distractions. They do not validate WSDMGC73; they underline that the group has no real-world presence, no gang ties, and no verifiable connection to 73GC. Everything that sustains their identity is the product of repeated online fabrication.
WSDMGC73 is an online-only Rap Group with no verified ties to the 73 Gangster Crips. Clearing Up the WSDMGC73 Online Lore: Separating Fact from Online Trolls & Scammers Who Mislead the Public is an internet-created persona using borrowed 73GC terminology with no real-world connection to the 73 Gangster Crips or the South LA community; the “California rap group with 73GC ties” narrative is unsupported, self-referential, and evidence-free.

83 Gangsters Crips (83GC)

Also known as Hell Gang, 83GC is the largest Black gang in LA as far as territory goes, the 60's and a few other gangs outnumber them in membership. 83GC was originally founded as Original Gangster Crips (OGC) before rebranding to 83GC. North Side, Farr West Side, Bacc West Side, and the South Side are the main cliques active within their turf. 83GC are mostly known for their beefs with the Rollin' 60's that have been going on for over four decades. These beefs are what has led to the major split and animosity between most GC & NHC sets both across LA County and the rest of SoCal. This is due to 83GC being considered the founding Gangster Crip set and historically being the most influential and respected set under GC/3X. Making them the "flagship" Gangster Crip set that heavily influences GC politics nationwide. Today, 83GC is one of the more militant Crip gangs in the city, as their historic reputation for pushing out rivals upstart gangs (both Crip and Sureño) has allowed them to maintain one of the largest gang territories in the county. 83GC is one of the only Crip sets that's on good terms with IFGB, as 83GC doesn't beef with Damu gangs and most of their allies outside of the GC card are Blood and Hoover gangs (MFSB is an exception due to 83GC's ties with WS73GC and AGC 83GC are currently still at war with the Rollin' 60's, 40's, 70's, 90's, 100's, 99MC, VSLC, SSL13, and every other Blocc Crip and Neighborhood Crip gang.
