To lie about sweeping. Used in place of the word "Swept". Typically used when turning in a self storage unit or rental moving truck when asked if it has been swept out. It could also mean using a rake instead of a broom.

EMPLOYEE "Did you sweep out the storage unit?" CUSTOMER "Yes, I swebbed it out!"
