Scene kids

Often called "the new emo," scene kids wear choppy hairstyles, heavy makeup (especially eyeliner), and tight-fitting vintage clothes. They pride themselves on listing to indie bands and shun the mainstream, regardless of how good the music may be. Are generally not annoying, unless they start to talk about how they are "non-conformist."

"Aw man, I hate scene kids. They go on and on about how they're non conformist, when in reality they're just kids trying to fit in."

Lets have one from someone who really is SCENE.

Typical Scene Traits:

-Choppy, angled bangs, layers, razor-chopped hair. Straight. Really long or super short. Died hair, hilights.
-Lots of makeup, black eyeliner.
-Trendy, creative clothing. tight shirts, tight jeans.
-buys clothes at thrift stores
-takes lots of pictures and photoshopps them till they look like a doll.
-has a myspace
-Some type really weird, but some are literate freaks.
-Addicted to fashion, trends, childsclothing such as hairribbions, barbies, carebears, ect.
-Addicted to certian genres of music, Indie, hardxcore, rock, ect.
-says their ugly, knows their pretty/hot
-OKAY. let me say this, We're not posers of eachother. We like the same things, and thats why were "scene" and because we don't like other genres such as "gangster" "Prep" or "Emo" dosn't make us BAD ,or give you right to make our group look BAD. We don't need more hate entrys on Ubandictionary.

I'm so scene, With my hair that I cut myself, my original pants that I cut holes in, and this band teeshirt I found at the local thriftshope that dosnt fit me! My makeup makes me look like a porcliean doll! I'm going to take some pictures of me making a peace sign! Ya, I love my Indie bands, And I'm so hardxcore!

-likes patterns like diamonds, lightning bolts, cupcakes, or hello kitty and gloomy bear

-unnatural black/blonde hair with coontails, backcombs, wears headband

-immitates gangstaaaa's slang to be cool

-likes myspace better than bebo

-is a stickam entertainer just because gee von gore (or geedropdead) said stickam was cool

-knows who techno star, chemo tink, and bee pirate hooker are

-admires audrey kitching

-wears glasses or sunglasses in pictures

-takes pictures in different places and at different angles

-hates emos and being called emo

-has tried smoking, drugs, and alcohol

-loves millionaires and brokencyde

-wears skinny jeans, and whatever odd things they can find in their closet

-has one of those diamond necklaces

That's fucking scene kid!

A term used when "that's gay" isn't enough. It's like saying "That's the fucking stupidest thing ever." because that's exactly what scene kids are.

Marcos: My mom won't let me go to the movies.
Emily: Damn, that's fucking scene kid!
Marcos: Yeah, she's fucking scene kid.
Emily: I fucking hate scene kids.
