The emotional state of being in which a woman who agreed to a loveless sham of a marriage to a buffoonish real estate heir in exchange for untold wealth must now pretend to be some kind of goodwill ambassador, advocate for causes she knows little and cares even less about, face daily harsh media scrutiny and international humiliation due to her husband's infidelities, general misogyny and overall inability to truly understand anything, really.

Symptoms may include interrupting cabinet meetings to drunkenly ask the Secretary of Defense if the Pentagon has invented a time machine yet.
