The chinese word for ice cream. Often used jokingly, or by fat high schoolers with no future.

Another use is describing actions regarding the CCP or it's propaganda.

Person 1:"Did you know that uyghur Muslims are being killed in concentration camps in the Xinxiang province?"
Person 2: "That's not a bing chilling moment."

A word to describe an apartment gym. Usually smells of curry and has high concentration of sweat in the air. Also the gym lacks any usefull equipment.
