gym casual

A term used to describe a dress code consisting of spandex, shorts, sneakers, sports bras, and similar clothing typically found in a gym, but often worn outside of the gym. Gym casual is more relaxed than black tie, business casual, or casual attire, but more formal than pajamas.

Sarah was thrilled when the invitation called for gym casual attire. No need to spend a dime on new clothes or be uncomfortable. And with her spandex leggings on, she can eat whatever she wants.

The best place one can possibly be to change. To be better. To be greater. To surpass his limitations and become strong and confident, but also a lot more happy. The gym is amazing because it teaches you so many things. Without hard work, there is no pay off. Without suffering, there is no salvation. I recommend it to 100% of the people of the planet. It can make anyone’s life 100% better but few people actually bother to try.

The gym is amazing. I get healthier, stronger and feel better overall. It has taught me that with hard work and with consistency, anything is possible

Gym Slam

The act of consuming copious amounts of potent pre-workout, in hopes of achieving a skin splitting pump and great workout only for you to end up spending most of your training time on the toilet, in gastrointestinal distress. Resulting in diarrhea, with anus ripping, chainsaw farts, followed by essentially urinating out of your ass.

I was mid rep, on my PR, when I had to scratch the weights, rush to the locker room and take a huge gym slam.
