When you've given so much oral sex to a guy/guys in a short space of time your throat and noes become sore and swollen, and can feel like the flu. Could also develop a cough.

bar flu

Another name for a hangover. Works very nicely when you have been out drinking until 2am and have to call in sick for work the next day. You can simply say you have "the flu". You can leave out the "bar" part.

Example: Warner: "sorry, mike. I can't come to work today"

Mike: "ok"

Mike: "Josh, Warner called in sick...says she has

the flu"

Josh: "Yeah....BAR flu."

Warner: "sorry, mike. I can't come to work today"
Mike: "ok"
