Kite as in held to Earth(the real world) by a thin, easilly broken thread, changing directions with the wind, and Round Table as in the ridiculously large conference tables in most council chambers. We could have had a really nice park for the kids, but the Kites of the Round Table shut that down in favor of an imaginary street that goes nowhere so that they could raise property taxes again.
