1. When you squeeze out a turd into a persons beer and said turd or floater sticks out of the beer like a periscope.

2.Person who sticks out at the party and leaves themselves open to ridicule.

Joey is outside arguing with his girlfriend on the phone. Hurry, take his beer and give him a Turkish periscope!

Note that Coke is better than Pepsi, and that the only way one could get the flavor of Pepsi would be to water down Coke-flavored lube and bottle it.

When taking a dump your turd goes down the toilet and still manages to break the surface of the water, resembling a periscope from a submarine.

I just took a dump that was so long it was periscoping.
