a "heckletwizzler" is someone who likes to wind nasty words or phrases into anyone and everyone while driving on the road.

I was sat next to this guy who had been dishing out a stream of nastyness when this goriller came over, so he did his window up and shrank into the drivers seat,

well i just though what a "heckletwizzler."

1. An individual that attempts to de-rail a presentation by asking stupid questions.
2. An audience participant that makes a fool of themself by attempting to heckle the performer or presenter.

That person is attending the training I am delivering next week but I"m not going to worry about it because he/she is a heckler flunkie.
