Goat man

Some one with a lot of hair this can include arms and legs but mostly applies to people with long hair, beards and moustaches who tend to stroke them. In some unfortunate cases, this can also apply to women.

Mayo is waiting outside the gates of a University with her friends, Philadelphia and Summer. A man wearing a long blue cloak dotted with silver stars, half moon spectacles walks past. He has long white hair and a beard. He is wearing a pointed hat. He strokes his beard in thought.

P: He is such a goat man!!!
S: Lol, yeah.

M: That can't be. No. It is. It is!! *runs after him*
A: What??? Where's she going?
P: OMG!!! IT IS!!! *runs after him screaming "Dumbledore"*
S: Who's Rumblemore????

A wannabe cowboy who wears their boots over their pants, thus showing their ignorance of the purpose of the boots. They are more concerned with showing off how expensive their boots are, than practicality. (You wear your pants over your boots to keep snow, mud, and shit out of them.)
