A person who is a bully and hurts people's feelings all the time even after he graduates and becomes staff at the school. He also does sexual stuff that people are not comfortable talking about. The person that he talks about usually wants to leave the building. and sometimes does.

A shredder likes picking on a kid and likes to sexually harass them.

Shradger

a medium-sized party, usually held once a year in October, where all of your closest friends show up to celebrate with you for whatever reason, yet sometimes people you didn't invite and didn't even want to show up end up there somehow and end up coining this word in the process. This party is usually accompanied by loud music, an ample amount of alcohol, and scintillating intellectual conversation among friends. The party only lasts about an hour as everyone gets bored and leaves and ends with the host taking care of his roommate as he heaves 12 oz of vodka into the toilet bowl and passes out on the bathroom floor. The sad thing is, the host's friends don't even notice that fact as they walk out the door. Happy Shradging.
