Oofed

When someone tells you something horrible, a common reaction is "oof." It's a feeling, it's a sound, it's all that needs to be said sometimes. So if you're feeling "oofed" it means you feel sick/lonely/depressed/whatever and just don't have the energy to further define it.

Mom texting to teen who is sick at home: How are you?
Teen girl: I feel oofed.
