Cheeno is a being that has been experimented on. Before the... transformation, his name was Phoenix.

Cheeno (item number 102) was experimented on at 2:48 AM in Florida. The surgery involved removing his arms and creating a "tail." This was a surgery preformed without anesthetics, and subject 102 was strapped to a chair for the experiment.

Basic definition: Cheeno is a living being of human origin that is 1.2 meters tall. He has no arms, but rather he has a large tail presumably for helping him balance as the experiment required his ankles to be broken and heavy metal balls strapped to his calves. He lives in a maze, and every 1 month, a human subject is sent into the maze, this provides some brain training for Cheeno, along with food.

It is unknown if Cheeno intentionally REDACTED his victims, or if he is controlled.
