Stands for "Fuck 'I reflect' and 'thus.'" Means to identify an individual that feels entitled and drafts by email, etc., a response to an authoritative party to emphasize why he/she/they deserve the request, in question. It's the response to the response by the authoritative party that is FIRAT. It's basically the equivalence of Dave Chappelle's bit on Rick James and Charlie and Eddie Murphy: "Fuck your couch!"

A guy who probably acts like he’s mature even though he’s only older than you by like two years.
