A circle-jerk is a gathering of young naked guys who all whack off and give a volunteer/lucky guy Gay Bukkake and have him suck their dicks clean and swallow their hot creamy loads.

We had a circle-jerk party , and I was the guy who got to suck off some of my fellow cadets and fulfill some of my Challenge Coin tasks!

Paramedics sometimes use this term (among each other) when a patient is about read to die or is dying.

Wasn't much I could do given the three gsw's (gun shot wounds) to his upper thorax, that dude was circling the bowl even before we arrived on scene.

circle jerks

People who repeat the same actions over and over expecting different results but yet get nothing accomplished and wonder why.
"Poor me" saps that are confused about why they have the same problems continuously and put the blame on everyone or everything else around them.

They're just a bunch of "circle jerks"....not going anywhere...but always doing something.
