Urban Dictionary consist several definitions from people like you and I. Therefore, it wouldn't be effective to trust these definitions due to its exaggeration. Although, it might be effective for popular slangs used by teenagers nowadays.

By example:

Friend: Wanna come to my birthday party?

Friend 2: Ok boomer.

Friend 1: Dude, do you even know what a boomer is?

Friend 2: No, but it's popular.

Friend 1: I think you should really check Urban Dictionary and see its definition......

1) To be in a conversation where another friend says something that you have no idea of the meaning of, and have to look up afterwards.
2) To be insulted by a person who obsessively looks up new words on Urban Dictionary. Even worse if you have no idea what they're talking about.

1) Jack: I just donkey kicked my bitch last night. Fuckin good!
You: Umm. . Yeah. . .

Jack: You know what I'm talking about, right?
Random passerby: Lol, you just got urban dictionaried!

2) Livy: You such a limp noodle.

You: Uh. . whhaaatt? I'm trying to listen to Fallout Boy here.
Livy: YAG.
You: Huh?
Livy: Gaylord.
You: *phone rings* Oh, I gotta talk to my babe.
Livy: How's slut chops then?

urban paragraph

1. Denoting the action in which someone would write a large amount of text equating to one of an entire paragraph for a single definition. The aforementioned definition does not require being properly segregated into 3-5 paragraphs in order to classify as an Urban Paragraph, of which would instead meet the criteria for an Urban Encyclopedia. It merely requires just two paragraphs complete with 1. A definition complete with an extremely verbose general description of the word or phrase, and 2. An example of the aforementioned word or phrase.

1. Person 1: wtf? why is this definition a whole urban paragraph? i ain't reading this!
