Is an more intense version of truth or dare where you have four options thru truth (answer a question), dare (do a dare), kiss (kiss someone) or swear (this is so that you can or can't do something until the end of the game)
Katy "Jessica, truth or dare kiss or swear?"
Jessica "kiss"
Katy "kiss John"
*Jessica and John kiss*
Jessica "Katy truth or dare kiss or swear?"
Katy "swear"
Jessica "promise not to laugh"
Katy "damn"
Jessica "kiss"
Katy "kiss John"
*Jessica and John kiss*
Jessica "Katy truth or dare kiss or swear?"
Katy "swear"
Jessica "promise not to laugh"
Katy "damn"

Expression first popularised by Jack Nicholson in the character of Col. Nathan R. Jessep in A Few Good Men (1992, dir. Rob Reiner), when he blows up in court in Tom Cruise's face. Handy exclamation to direct at the computer screen when somebody votes down an eminently rational definition on urbandictionary. Parodied by Sideshow Bob in an episode of The Simpsons ("Pish! I deride your truth-handling abilities!").

An Antonymic phrase;
If the phrase is spoken repeatedly over a prolonged amount of time, it is very likely untrue.

Used to imply that one's words are utterly and undeniably true, and that it needs to be quoted in order to ensure that the point is proven.
"Pluto Nash was an abomination...Quoted For Truth and Great Justice."

The partisan right-wing group that launched a bellow the belt attack on John Kerry, saying that he'd betrayed his country and served as a coward in Vietnam. Aparently it's not that bad that george w. bush was a draft dodger.
