Cheeno (item number 102) was experimented on at 2:48 AM in Florida. The surgery involved removing his arms and creating a "tail." This was a surgery preformed without anesthetics, and subject 102 was strapped to a chair for the experiment.

He has no arms, but rather he has a large tail presumably for helping him balance as the experiment required his ankles to be broken and heavy metal balls strapped to his calves.
