basically the hours (most specifically AT NIGHT) where you are/get the most affectionate and are practically drunk on sleep, therefore it is called mimir hour(s)
also, it is also the hour(s) where you are the most dumb and braindead/delusional

"hey tootz! is 9:00-12:00 mimir hour for you?" "yes, now leave me alone i go mimir, aka go be alone by myself while going in and out of consciousness"
