When creepy people at your public library come in and take CDs, download them onto their computer, and leave the CDs on the table, walking away with the music on their computer, ready to sell.

The old man came to the library on Saturday afternoon with his personal computer. He downloaded eight CDs and left, leaving the CDs on the table. Clearly a Rip and Sell kind of guy.
